    when do you need the property and when will you be in the philippines to view the properties ? warehouses range from Php 90/m2 to Php 150/m2 depending on location and condition of the unit. some warehouses already have an office but finding 100m2 would be rather difficult, minimum areas are 300m2. let me know so we could send you a list. thanks and regards.
